Full-time dispatcher / customer service representative

Location: 2051 Franklin Way SE, Marietta, GA 30067 - Corporate Office

We are currently accepting applications for Full-Time Dispatchers to work Monday - Friday. 12pm – 10pm, 10-hour shift.

We service a wide variety of customers providing transportation solutions customized to each business. We are seeking dispatchers to support our fast-paced and fast-growing operations.

Preferred experience in dispatching for 1+ years, yet not required.

Interested candidates must have a clean background, MVR and able to pass a drug screen.

Job Description:

-Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries

-Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance

-Use radio, phone, or computer to send crews, vehicles, or other field units to appropriate locations.

-Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.

-Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.

-Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activates and other information.

Qualifications:

-Dispatching

-Customer service experience in the Transportation industry

Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment; Recognizing issues proactively and problem-solving abilities ; ability to handle work-related stress in a fast paced environment; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines
